BeViz provides automated AI visibility reports based on live queries to third-party AI answer engines. Reports are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
3. No Guarantee of Results
AI engine responses change frequently. BeViz does not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, score, or business outcome. Past or current report results do not predict future performance.
4. Third-Party Services
BeViz is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, SerpApi, Brevo, or Supabase. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We query these services solely to assemble your report.
5. Intellectual Property
The BeViz report compilation, scoring methodology, and written analysis are owned by BeViz.ai. Raw AI engine responses and third-party citations remain the property of their respective owners.
6. User Conduct
You may not use BeViz to scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeViz.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
